Tangled Twigs Quilt
Using the Tangled Twigs pattern, we will cover the best techniques to enjoy paper piecing this quilt. With the right tools and tricks of the trade, you will quickly create a beautiful paper-pieced quilt. You will be surprised how far you get in class! This is a stress-free technique with beautiful results. Tangled Twigs finishes at 42" x 56" using 49--6" x 8" paper pieced blocks.
Equipment
- Sewing machine, power cord, foot pedal, manual, thread, needles, bobbins
- Basic Sewing Supplies – scissors, pins/clips, rotary cutter/cutting mat (small mat or rotating mat), seam ripper, thread clippers, marking pen/pencil/chalk, needle, and thread
- Foundation Piecing Paper – Carol Doak Foundation Paper
- 12” Add A Quarter ruler
- Glue stick for paper
- Glue pen for fabric
- Travel iron and small pressing mat
Supplies
- Tangled Twigs Quilt Pattern (Available at Quilters HQ)
- Fabric of your preference to meet the requirements of the pattern
- Pattern uses 11 different fabrics, but you may use more
