Watch your hourglass and pinwheel blocks turn into cats, arrows, and oh my.

Quilt blocks disappear as we make this fun row-by-row quilt. We will make six blocks disappear. Easy piecing is fun and easy.

Techniques you will learn
  • How to use accurate cutting
  • How to be brave about adjusting blocks for other blocks
  • How to use layer cakes for building blocks
What to bring

Equipment

  • Sewing machine, power cord, foot pedal, manual
  • Thread, needles, bobbins
  • 45mm rotary cutter with a new sharp blade and a rotary cutting mat
  • 12" square ruler
  • Sewing supplies (pins, seam ripper, scissors, etc.)

Fabric Requirements

  • Layer cake packs: 1 solid (background) and 1 print
  • Or yardage cut into 10" squares
