Create a complex-looking quilt using just one block, a jelly roll, and background fabric. This complex-looking quilt only uses one block. It is made from a jelly roll and background fabric using a simple slice-and-insert method. All you do is slice and insert, turn, then slice and insert again. Repeat the process to create blocks with wonderful movement and woven-looking detail. Quilters HQ Denise Stahl Equipment to bring Supplies to bring Cut your background fabric into 5 strips measuring 8" by width of fabric. This class is limited to 12 students. This project is a great way to practice accurate cutting, quarter-inch seams, and seam matching. Quilters HQ will provide irons, ironing boards, and cutting mats.
