| Job Description : Quilters HQ is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Overland Park, KS.
As a Team Member with Quilters HQ, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Approach and greet each customer, maintain a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
- Engage, demo and sell new sewing machines and merchandise to customers
- Achieve personal sales objectives while supporting the goals of the team
- Learn and teach new projects in a classroom setting
- Create sample embroideries and quilt projects for the store
- Cut fabric yardage, fat quarters, assemble quilt kits and use the POS to complete sales
- Perform all other tasks and duties assigned by the Store Manager to support the needs of the business
What We Need from You
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in retail or customer service, and quilting or sewing
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work required shifts which will include at least 1 Saturday per month
- Passion for people and loyalty to the brand
