Elena Amo is an illustrator and pattern designer based in The Woodlands, Texas, known for her cute, playful, and highly detailed artwork. Her designs showcase a joyful use of color and a whimsical style that instantly feels warm, nostalgic, and full of life.
Originally dreaming of becoming a ballerina, Elena’s creative path evolved after earning a degree in Interior Design in Calgary, Canada. While working with fabrics and wallpapers in design projects, she discovered her true passion for pattern design and surface illustration.
Inspired by childhood memories, nature, and her own children, Elena infuses her work with vibrant colors and a carefree spirit. She finds magic in ordinary moments, transforming them into charming stories captured in the pages of her often messy sketchbook—where the bold creativity of her children continues to influence her artistic style.
When she’s not creating, Elena enjoys walking in the woods, collecting nature treasures, and rock climbing with her family.
